The IPA, through political advocacy communicates directly with state and federal lawmakers and industry regulators, educating them about the distinct positive attributes of direct investment products. Their desire was to carve out and build a powerful advocacy brand who could stand up to governmental scrutiny and possess the ethical presence to garner legislative attention and respect.

The Association needed to provide a powerful advocacy brand for the direct investment industry by building it from the ground up to encompass the vast array of different needs of its audiences. And, to add credibility and proofing in order to work with powerful existing governmental organizations, such as: SEC, FINRA, and NASD.

Our research confirmed that what was most needed was to develop a visionary brand that could stand the test of time, and include IPA’s key attributes. We created key messaging, a visual logo and identity system, a suite of compelling images taken from past trade shows, brochures, social media, banners, a membership website, white papers, Best Practices, industry news, PR campaign that reflected their key capabilities and benefits.

We were charged with conducting research to determine what was most needed industry-wide, craft core messaging, create the visual identity, branding, create and program the membership website, create town hall events, webinars, trade exhibitions, educational programs for addressing credibility as the only Nationally trusted industry-wide regulatory body.
